Delivery Policy

  1. We currently offer self-collection, to door delivery for orders above $25 and complimentary delivery for orders above $100.
  2. No worries, you can still amend the delivery address/date/time slot as long as your status is still at PAID or ADVANCE ORDER.  Please live chat or email our friendly customer service with your invoice number at sales@slb.sg we discourage any form of time sensitive request to be done in Facebook or Instagram as we might miss your chat .
  3. We will do our best to fulfil your request, but if the order has already begun the delivery process and we have started baking for your order, we cannot change the delivery address/date.  Strictly no changing of location once your order status has been changed to “ XX Delivery / In Queue Delivery X”  to you. You may check your delivery status via slb.sg/my-account
  4. All bakes are strictly by our to door courier delivery service only.
  5. As the delivery charges for courier service is subsidised by Singapore Lactation Bakes to ensure freshest bakes will reach your house on the same day, we regret to inform that non-consumables will be sent by normal mail if you only purchase non-consumables.
  6. Mail postings are available by non-time sensitive items such as wellness tea, nursing clothes and nursing cover.
  7. We need a lead time of 1- 3 working days to send your bakes out.
  8. SLB working hours is Monday to Friday 9AM  – 5PM
  9. If you were to order on Friday, the next working day would be on Monday.
  10. We are not open during weekends nor during public holidays.

SPECIFIC TIMING

  1. Unfortunately, our deliveries cannot be made at a specified time.
  2. Deliveries will be made according to our delivery fleet’s delivery route.
  3. We will put a note for your timing request, however, it would still be best if you could arrange for someone to receive the item within the time slot .
  4. We seek your understanding on this as it is our duty to deliver all items to our customers on time within the stipulated time frame before 8pm .
  5. Alternatively, you may wish to authorise us to leave your order at the door. By doing that, we will send you a picture of the order once it is done. But please only do this at your discretion. We are not liable for missing items or any changes in quality during the time your items are left out.
  6. If timing is a concern, you may choose to self-collect from our warehouse during our operating hours.

SELF COLLECT

If you have chosen Delivery, but would like to self collect at our food factory, just inform us at least 24 hours before your delivery time slot via live chat email us at sales@slb.sg or give our hotline 9888 0877 a ring during operation hours to inform us.

Opening Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 12PM to 5PM
We are not open during weekends or public holidays

CUT OFF TIMING:

Cut off time for each day’s order is 4pm. Any order received after 4pm will be treated as next day’s order.

           For example: If you were to order on Monday 3.30pm, your delivery dates would be from Tuesday to Thursday.

If you were to order on Tuesday 4.30pm, your delivery dates would be from Wednesday to Friday.

We will try to follow your preferred delivery date however there will not be any guaranteed that it will be delivered on the specific date you requested. We will send you a email to inform you on the day of delivery .

DELIVERY CHARGES:

All Bakes (cookies/ muffins/ brownie/ pancake mix) are strictly by courier at a flat fee of  $3.99 (including of Sentosa).

Courier ( for bakes only)

Complimentary delivery to one location applicable for purchases over $100 nett (after any vouchers/ coupon codes if any).

Orders / Deliveries cannot be combined to meet the minimum nett requirement for complimentary delivery.

We only deliver to residential address. We reserve the rights to reject any office location – customers will be duly informed if such situations arise.

Deliveries to Office building, Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase or Airline Road will not be accepted.

Do inform us on the days that you cannot receive your order in the order note . Otherwise, we will pick the next available slot for your delivery by default.

We generally engage a third party vendors to provide delivery services.

We don’t deliver internationally at the moment and we hope to serve your country someday.

For unsuccessful delivery attempts, if customers request us to reattempt to deliver, a re-delivery charge of $10 per location shall apply and be payable before the reattempt is made.

We choose our delivery service providers carefully and trust that they will use their best endeavours for each order to reach the intended recipients within the delivery timing 11am – 8 pm. SLBSG Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle’s breakdown, traffic conditions and/ or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control.

Our drivers endeavour to deliver everyone’s packages on time. If no one’s at home and you’re not contactable for instructions, the best alternative is to drop the package off at your door. The driver will usually call and you can instruct them to hang at your gate. ( This will help you avoid the $10 redelivery charge)

Express Delivery

Express deliveries which is next day delivery (cut off time 4pm; order ordered ) within the delivery timing from 11am to 7pm with a flat fee of $10.

We only deliver to residential address. We reserve the rights to reject any office location – customers will be duly informed if such situations arise.

  • Monday – Friday – Between 11am to 8pm.

We will based on the earliest time available. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

We will send out emails / sms to inform you on the delivery.

Delivery Capacity and Other Details:

All deliveries are for local addresses only (including Sentosa but excluding offshore islands).

As delivery slots are limited, we will allocate the next available slot for you.

We reserve the right to reject or reschedule your delivery if all delivery slots are fully booked – customers will be duly informed if such situations arise.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the purchases at the listed address – in situations wherein nobody is around to receive the purchases, we will call you.

If all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon delivery, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Please do note that we do not  call for the delivery details. Please do check slb.sg/My-Account for the tracking of your order.

Delivery for Apparels

As the delivery charges for courier service is subsidised by Singapore Lactation Bakes to ensure freshest bakes will reach your house on the same day, we regret to inform that non-consumables will be sent by normal mail if you only purchase non-consumables such as nursing covers

Guarantee

  1. Any reservations or claims for non-compliance or conspicuous defect has to be done within 1 day from the date of delivery to our customer service at sales@slb.sg or live chat us.
  2. After the expiry of the said product, no claim will be legitimately accepted thereafter.

In view of hygiene and food safety, all products cannot be returned or exchanged.
