When do my hearts arrive?
Once your delivery is marked Done, the hearts land in your account. You can see them in My Rewards.
Can I use more than one swap on an order?
One dollars-off swap per order: either Pick your savings or one of the fixed swaps. A free delivery pass can go with it. Hearts are taken off when you place your order.
Why #rewarded?
Because you earn hearts for posting, we ask you to say so. It keeps things honest for everyone.
Do hearts expire?
Yes. Hearts last 12 months from the day you earn them, so use them while they are fresh.
Does top-up credit expire?
No. Top-up credit never expires.
Does gift card credit expire?
Gift card credit lasts 12 months from the day the gift card was bought.
Can I use credit and a coupon together?
Not on the same order. Pick whichever saves you more.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
The hearts that order earned are taken back. Hearts you used for a swap on that order come back to you. If you have already swapped the hearts it earned, we will let you know what we could adjust.
How is my level worked out?
We add up what you paid in the last 12 months. Top-ups, gift cards and consult gifts are left out. If your total slips below a level, you move down gently, and you can climb back up any time.
