We bake to order in our SFA licensed food factory and all bakes are sent out within 1-3 working days. Alternatively, you can head over to our retail partners to pick up our goodies in a retail store.

Goodness is mainly made from
Premium flour, unsalted butter, white sugar, organic flaxseed meal, pasteurised egg, top quality vanilla extract, organic brewers yeast, pasteurised milk, cocoa powder, Hershey chocolate chips.
Consumption guide

Storage instructions
Lactation muffins can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days. Microwave it in an 800W microwave for 20 seconds for maximum taste. Check out our full storage guide here.
