Delivery Policy

We currently only have to door delivery and direct mail postage.

All edibles are strictly by our to door service only.

Mail postings are available by non consumables such as nursing clothes.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

All Bakes ( cookies/ muffins/ pancake mix) are strictly by courier at a flat fee of  $3.

Courier ( for bakes and apparels)

1. Complimentary delivery to one location applicable for purchases over $80 nett.

2. Orders / Deliveries cannot be combined to meet the minimum nett requirement for complimentary delivery.

3. For purchases below $80 nett, a delivery charge of $3 per location applies.

4. We only deliver to residential address. We reserve the rights to reject any office location – customers will be duly informed if such situations arise.

4. Deliveries to  Sentosa will incur an additional surcharge of $6/ price of Sentosa entrances fees on top of any delivery charges.

5. Deliveries to Office building, Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase or Airline Road will not be accepted.

6. CBD area would incur an additional surcharge of $3.50

7. Do inform us on the days that you cannot receive your order if not, we will pick the next available slot for your delivery by default.]

Delivery for Apparels

Choose between  normal mail/ registered mail/ courier if your bought apparels ( nursing clothes / nursing cover).

Delivery via normal mail,

We charge $1.50 for first item, an additional of 0.50 is required for subsequent item.

Delivery via registered mail

You will need to top up another $2.25 on top of the normal mail.

 

Delivery Times and Days:

1. Our delivery times and days are:

  • Monday – Saturday – Between 10am to 10pm.

We will based on the earliest time available. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

 

Delivery Capacity and Other Details:

1. All deliveries are for local addresses only (including Sentosa but excluding offshore islands).

2. As delivery slots are limited, we will allocate the next available slot for you.

3. We reserve the right to reject or reschedule your delivery if all delivery slots are fully booked – customers will be duly informed if such situations arise.

4. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the purchases at the listed address – in situations wherein nobody is around to receive the purchases, we will call you.

6. If all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon delivery, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

7. Please do note that we do not  sms/ call for the delivery details. Please do check slb.sg/My-Account for the tracking of your order.
